Ms. Melanie

Ms. Melanie graduated from The Learning Center as Valedictorian of her class in 2021.  Upon graduating, she felt the desire to give back to her school and be able to bless children just as her teachers had blessed her in previous years.  She recently graduated from Southwest Virginia Community College with an Associate of Science in Education and is currently working towards her Bachelor of Science in Education through Grand Canyon University.  Ms. Melanie serves at The Learning Center by teaching English, History, and Bible.  She hopes that she can inspire her students with a love for Christ through the Christ-centered education that The Learning Center offers.  

Ms. Melanie attends Morning Star Full Gospel Church in Castlewood, Virginia.  Her favorite verse is Colossians 3:17, “And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.”
